Wen I try unlocking my modem I couldn't see the 14 digits imei number at the back of my modem

might be somewhere near the SIM slot.
have you tried using DC unlocker to read it?

D imei is not somewhere near d sim slot and is not at d back of the modem,mayb I will try dc unlocker
