1. how many different pac files have you tried?
2. have you tried flashing a different Spreadtrum phone on your PC?

OK I will try
1- 2 pac the Row and Singale Row
2- its my first phone have SpreadTrum chepset

If I get you correctly, you got the same error when you tried to flash a different Spreadtrum phone on your PC?
