Hello sir,pls,whenever I try to sign into my email
account using my phone:blackberry 9800 inbuilt
email app,it replies,email or password error,how
can I fix this sir. Thanks for your response.

which email service provider do you use?

Have tried doing so,but I don't see any of the apps in app world. So is there any other alternative sir.

try logging to the websites directly to be sure the login details is correct

What's the exact error message you're getting when trying to login at the BlackBerry mail app

What's the exact error message you're getting when trying to login at the BlackBerry mail app

Have login through website using the same credentials,but when I try using the blackberry app,both gmail/yahoo replies "username or password error. Am confused,and have been using it before,it just start misbehaving. Thanks for not ignoring my messages@ boss hovatek/xenon
