Initially only one port was non functional ie usb 3.0 a quack tried to repair but now all the ports are not functional. Which part on the motherboard suppliers power to the ports? Or is there a chance of getting a new motherboard?

Seems you just might have to change the motherboard

That would mean heat wasn't initially applied as i thought
