This is a step by step showing how to install / activate dot net framework on windows 8, 8.1 & 10

Windows DVD or ISO file (you can download the ISO @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/forum-90.html)
.Net framework installer for Win8 and 8.1 ;download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/attachment.php?aid=1740
.Net framework installer for Win10 ;download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/attachment.php?aid=2160

Install dotNet Framework on Windows 8 & 8.1 Offline

Insert your Windows 8.1 DVD into your PC or Mount your ISO file
Open the DVD drive or the drive presenting the ISO you just mounted
Open the folder "sources"
Copy the folder "sxs" to your local disk drive C
Extract the content of the dotnetframework ZIP file you downloaded to your desktop
Right click and run the .Netframework bat file as administrator
A new CMD prompt window should open
Allow the process to reach 100%
Once successful, the window would automatically close
Now you can run the software that required .Netframework again to verify if .Net framework has been installed successfully

Insert your Windows 10 DVD into your PC or Mount your ISO file
Open the DVD drive or the drive presenting the ISO you just mounted
Open the folder "sources"
Copy the folder "sxs" to your local disk drive C
Extract the content of the dotNetframework10 ZIP file you downloaded to your desktop
Right click and run the dotNetframework10 bat file as administrator
A new CMD prompt window should open
Allow the process to reach 100%
Once successful, the window would automatically close
Now you can run the software that required .Netframework again to verify if .Net framework has been installed successfully

This guide is for windows 8, 8.1 and 10 only
