INSTALLING TECNO R7 BACKUP

I had earlier flashed android 4.4.2 CM 11 1.0 on my tecno R7..Unfortunately I never created a backup. However I requested for a an MTK backup for R7 from hovateck which I recieved. KIndly guide me on how to remove the CM 11 and reinstall the stock R7 ROM

is your phone bricked? as in how does it behave when you try booting?
