please help my tecno m3 neither boot to recovery nor boot normall it only vibrate once and never come on.Is there a solution?

thanks in advance

1. remove the battery for 30 seconds then slot back in and lets know if its the same outcome
2. charge the battery using a desktop charger for one hour then try powering up again and lets know if its the same outcome
3. go to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html and check the pictures, lets know if your m3 is old or new OS
