I downloaded the font all then ur says it require system box..I downloaded it too. then ur says u should restart my fone. I restarted it but it hangs at the techno logo if I on it

ok, you'll need p5 backup. we need to verify if your p5 is old or new OS type. when you boot, whats the color of TECNO, blue or white?
