[Please help] Power Bank

Please help my power bank was actually working perfectly when i got it, but i later misplaced it, after 7 months I saw it, i m trying to charge its not charging neither is it charging my phone although the red led light usually shows when i plug in my charger. It is as if the power ban battery is completely dead. Please how can i revive it.

A number of things could've gone wrong.
Try draining the power bank then re-charging

if it has a battery level indicator, what battery level does it show while charging?
