Please I bought an iPhone that is locked to T-Mobile network on trying to find cheap unlock service I noticed that the phone is blacklisted in USA...now I ask my question can it still be unlocked and used here in Nigeria..please I need help y'all

Not too many unlock services support blacklisted phones. Try http://petrockunlock.biz anyway

Please I need the stock ROM of this very phone (vivo x3t thats a chinese android) monkey test caught up with it I want to format and reload the ROM thanks
