[Please help] Iphone 4s network lock

I created a new thread last night, and instead of me getting help, it got deleted.....
Iphone 4s locked to Vodafone Egypt.... Cant accept Nigeria sim card.... Error msg ::: SIM NOT VALID, and cant be activated as asigned by the activation server.....
