How to unlock network ZTE Z835 qualcomm

Hi the brought me this zte maven 3 which is locked under at&t network. When you insert a sim card, it sees the sim card provider name but the network bar is empty. Unfortunately it doesn’t ask for any unlock code. So i don’t know if it is possible to unlock it through miracle thunder and if yes then i will like to know the procedure. Thanks for the attention and help

seems like you or someone else already tried to unlock, maybe successful or not
verify from whoever brought you the phone is the phone has been unlocked by any means also check and confirm that the phone uses the same network freq / bands your sim providers uses
