No bro, it won't work. They have different volume and power button arrangements. You either get a good one from another Gionee M3 mini or make a jumper across the bad line on the flex.

Its technical and can only be done if you are conversant with making jumpers or something related to that. I will advice you seek the services of a good phone technician close to you or better still, purchase the flex.
