any solution to BB9720 brought in with blocked network in MEPD mode. ie, phone won't ask for mep2 instead it only shows ''Network Blocked''. I feel it goes beyond mep zero, any solution friends?

that's Mep zero . must've entered10 incorrect unlock codes and got it hard locked. try http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f413/bla...ft-532234/
