A friend of mine bought a Microsoft Windows phone, lumia RM1090 precisely. After putting the phone on he later remove the battery without switching of the phone. Then when the put his sim card and on it, it display it's logo 'Microsoft' and the next thing was a blue background with a sign : ( and it stuck there. Any clue on how to fix it?
