Windows 10&8 crashes but W7 works

The device is acer apsire 5733
Ive tried to upgrade it with a new ram samsung 4gb 1rx8 12800s- 11-13-b4 but it gives BSOD when i try installing windows 8 or 10.
WHAT IVE TRIED SO FAR.
I HAVE THE SAME RAM SPECS I LISTED (ABOVE) BUT 2GB AND THAT RUNS WINDOWS 10 WINDOWS PROBLEMS.
3gb 1rx8 10600s- 09-11-b4 also works without any problem.
Any solution to this?

how did you attempt to install windows? fresh installation (DVD or USB)
did you try upgrading directly from windows 7?
did you try updating BIOS?

No i haven't tried that(didn't even cross my mind) but i doubt after installing when the device restarts, it can boot up.
I have no idea how to update the BIOS(id appreciate it if u could help me out)

Did you try the 2, 3 & 4 GB RAMs on the same PC (i.e keeping all else equal) to confirm that its unique to the 4GB RAM on Windows 8 or 10?

After installing the windows 8 & 10, did you try booting into safe mode?
Try different copies of windows, and different builds, 64 & 32, Pro, Enterprise etc
Unplug your system mouse and keyboard, use external.
Disable wifi either from bios or using the switch, if your pc has one

installing windows on a different PC then transferring the hdd usually never works unless its from the same PC model using the same drivers.
you can try the suggestion of upgrading. install windows 7 > copy windows 8.1 dvd to the desktop then run the setup from there
and see how it goes
check for your model @ https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
under BIOS check if your PC is running the latest if not then download and install (the PC needs to be able to boot to homescreen to do this so install windows 7 if you must). might want to try 8.1 before trying 10 though
