That's not a good excuse!
If the Rep had asked you to create a thread (and you already had before contacting) then the right thing to have done was to indicate that you'd already created a thread. In which case, you would've been asked to kindly exercise some patience since we have a reply schedule.
Please, we don't tolerate flooding the Forum with multiple threads and posting under other peoples' threads just to get your issue / request noticed.
