But sometimes it sees the phone as MTK usb Port and at those times the SP flash tool returns the normal Dram failed, Brom error (4032)

did both the A and A+ give error 4032?

if it also gives error 4032 then you most likely have a driver problem

(20-04-2015, 05:36 PM)sojo I have tried it and both A and A+ given me by the administrator, unfortunately I'm still having the same error 4032 or the the Flashtool not showing any sign at all anytime my device manager sees the phone as Media Tek USB DA VCOM but on two of the occassions the phone came on on its own but getting stuck and looping on the Tecno logo when I removed the battery and put it back again, it did not come on like that again until like about 3 hours later of pressing and pressing the power button and the same thing still happend again.
Please can anything still be done?

(20-04-2015, 07:14 PM)sojo I've have tried it too on different PCs but still the same. But the little hope I have now is that the phone now comes on once in a while but gets stuck on the boot logo of Tecno which means the phone is not totally dead yet as I was beginning to think.

charge the battery for 4 hours using a desktop charger and insert a formatted sd card into the phone
