if u can't uninstall the malwares, full flashing can delete them since they are embedded in the os . but to stop the pop up for the main time until u get ROM for your device,go to app manager to all, identify these apps: monkey test,time service,security plugging,android system with version 1.1or more than but not the first device android system b very careful cos disabling this can cause harm to device,pro,proc etc,open each one,force stop,disable and untick show notification. problem is solved.
