Please my HP dv6-6100si doesnt boot again... when i turn it own, it just shows a blank screen and stays that way.. Nothng else.. please help me.

do you mean immediately you press the power button you get a blank screen or along the line while booting it reaches somewhere and gives a blank screen?

often screen, vga cable or board issue

Is there any blinking light on the keyboard? eg the caps lock light blinking
if yes, then you'd be looking at either a bad RAM or damaged motherboard.
you can try changing the RAM if the problem persists then your motherboard is faulty
