App disappeared from sd after phone restart

I have a 32g sd card whenever I move an app into it from internal storage after restarting the phone the app disappeard.
Secondly, i partitioned 2g from the sd and install link2sd but the partitioned part refused to mount and therefore it didn't. I aslo try moving the app to sd using link2sd manually after phone restart i get same result i.e app disappeard.
So, i need your technical advice.
