Step1. Choose the recovery mode
When you run the program on your computer, choose "Recover from iCloud Backup File" on the top. And then you should log in with your iCloud account.
Step2. Download and export your iCloud backup

After that, there will be a list of iCloud backup files displayed. Select the one you want to get contacts from and click the button under the menu of "Downloaded" to download it.
In the pop-up window, you can choose only to download contacts. This will saves you time to download the iCloud backup file.
Step3. Preview and recover contacts from iCloud
After the scan, you can preview the data extracted from iCloud backup in detail. Choose "Contacts" and you can check every item in detail. Tick the one you want to recover, and click on the "Recover" button to save them on your computer with one click. That's all. You've got your contacts from iCloud.

Step 1. Download and install the program on your Windows or Mac computer, then launch it. Choose "Recover from iCloud Backup" and login into your iCloud account by using your Apple ID and secret password here.
Step 2. Once you have successfully logged into your iCloud account, you will be shown all the iOS backup data files that have been stored there. Select the one you need and click "Download" button to scan for detailed files.
Step 3. Click "Contacts" category in the left panel and preview the detailed contacts list in the right panel. Here, you can tick the whole contacts or specific contacts list and hit "Recover" button to save them on your computer.
