[Please help] How to lock my systems over a network

I have three computer systems where one is for admin and the other twos, they were all connected together using a wired router (LAN). PLEASE HOW CAN I PASSWORD ALL OTHER THE SYSTEMS FROM THE ADMIN SO THAT THE PASSWORD TO CONTROL ALL THE SYSTEMS WILL BE ONLY THE ADMIN PASSWORD??? Help please
