My 9" Android head unit for Peugeot 408 (AliExpress, April 2025) suddenly went into a bootloop: the Android logo shows, then the screen goes fully black and it starts again. Nothing was updated or changed before.
Hardware:
Board: AJ002-MB-VER5.3 (same board as thread 49579)
SoC: MediaTek MT8163V
RAM: 2x Micron D9PQL
Screen 1280x720, label “AC HC 4+64G Carplay 720 RGB 14.0 HW XYD”
CAN box: Raise RZ-PSA15
Touch buttons only, so no access to recovery
Already checked: B+ and ACC are stable during the loop (multimeter), reset pin does nothing.
I have not flashed anything yet. SP Flash Tool v5.1924 and MTK VCOM drivers are installed.
How can I make a full backup of the current firmware (which scatter file for this board)?
Does anyone have the stock firmware or a dump for AJ002-MB-VER5.3?
