Need help removing Vivo Cloud lock on Vivo Y50m 5G (MediaTek)

Hello,
I have a Vivo Y50m 5G (MediaTek) that is locked by a previous Vivo Cloud account.
I don’t have the credentials and I need help to remove the lock.
I’m looking for a technician who can perform a full ROM flash (scatter + preloader + DA) or any safe method to remove Vivo Cloud lock on this device.
The phone is fully functional and can enter preloader mode.
I can connect via TeamViewer / AnyDesk if remote assistance is possible.
I’m not asking for illegal bypass of Google FRP or stolen devices — this is a second‑hand phone and I only need to remove the Vivo Cloud lock.
If someone experienced with MediaTek flashing tools (SP Flash Tool, Hydra, MRT, UMT) can help or guide me, I would really appreciate it.
