Hi everyone,

I have a Hometech Alfa 10BT V2 tablet (Unisoc T606). After a factory reset, Bluetooth stopped working. It won't turn on properly, keeps showing a "Bluetooth has stopped" error, and can't find any devices. Wi-Fi works fine.

What I've already tried: airplane mode toggle, network settings reset, safe mode, power cycle. The system has no update available. I can't clear the Bluetooth app's cache/data either.

The manufacturer refused to share the firmware and told me to send the tablet to their service center, which I don't want to do (warranty already used, and last time it took about 20 days). I'm comfortable flashing it myself if I can get the right firmware.

Device info (from CPU-Z):
- Model: ALFA_10BT_V2
- Manufacturer: HOMETECH
- SoC: Unisoc T606 (UMS9230)
- Board: ums9230_1h10
- Android: 13 (API 33)
- Build ID: HOMETECH_ALFA_10BT_V2_V01_20240220
- Security patch: 2024-01-05
- Kernel: 5.4.210
- Fingerprint: [paste here]
- Root: no, bootloader: unknown

What I'm looking for:
1. The stock .pac firmware for this exact board/build, or
2. A backup from someone who owns the same tablet, or
3. Advice on whether this could be a corrupted nv/wcn (Wi-Fi/BT calibration) partition after the reset, and how to restore it on Unisoc devices without a full flash.

I'll only flash a file that clearly matches ums9230_1h10 / ALFA_10BT_V2. Any help or pointers is appreciated. Screenshots attached.

Thanks!
