Flashing stock rom in to ITEL P55 5G

I tried to sign in to Google and device is not certified keeps popping.
I searched and it need to register gfs and so I did. After a reboot, bootloop persists again. so maybe it's the battery has a problem.
Speaking of device is not certified after flashing the firmware , is it that because the firmware is not official? so basically, the latest official firmware update for ITEL P55 5G is v124.

i still have 60% charge and i can't suddenly open youtube. and then i restart my device. then boootloop persist. i entered recovery to turn off the phone and charge it and got 0% charge.
so it's really the battery is the problem and not the firmware. i thought i have corrupted firmware. but im better with v612.
will still fix the device is not certified by flashing super.img inside global folder when my new battery arrives next week.
