nokia c32 stuck at diag port cant turn on

was removing frp from nokia c32 ta-1534 using test points was using dft tool and faced auth error while connecting. then phone stopped turning on..
have tried using SC9863A_64 AND also SC9863A
used another tool and it says im stuck at download mode as i have a dead boot fix file in dump format...
any help or anyone with a pac file
