Am wondering if its possible to flash tecno n8s stock rom which is for MT6735 chipset to a device that is also a Tecno N8S but the chipset is MT6737 but i do not have the scatter file for MT6737 only the MT6735

You can't, have you backed up the firmware on the MT6737 device?
