Here're some ways for you to bypass Activation Lock on your iPhone even if you don't remember the Apple ID password:
With an Apple ID password:
1. remove the Activation Lock in Settings
2. remove the Activation Lock on Find My app
3 remove the Activation Lock at iCloud.com
4 remove the Activation Lock through account.apple.com
Without an Apple ID password:
1. bypass the Activation Lock by DNS
2. bypass the Activation Lock via Activation Lock removal tools
3. bypass the Activation Lock via Apple
