I have a Huawei E5577CS-321 router. After installing the wrong USBLoader, it always enters Emergency Mode. I tried installing the firmware using Balong USB Downloader, and while the installation completes successfully, after rebooting, the router goes back into Emergency Mode without booting properly.
  • The firmware I installed is the correct one for the E5577CS-321 router.
  • I tried using tools like DC-Unlocker, but it doesn’t detect the router.
  • I installed a file named usbloader_E5577.bin by Balong_USB_Downloader_1.0.1.10, after rebooting, the message “Installing” appears, but the router does not accept most firmwares. Even when one is accepted, after installation completes, the router reboots and goes straight into Emergency Mode.
  • Using the Huawei Toolbox v1.0.8a Free Edition, the diagnostic shows the following values:
    • Firmware: 00.000.00.00.000
    • ISO: 00.000.00.00.00
    • WebUI: (empty)
    • Model: BV7R11EC1__0
I think the issue might be with the bootloader or the NAND Flash memory. What steps or solutions do you recommend to fix this issue? Is there a need to replace the bootloader or repartition the memory? I have searched extensively for usbloader_E5577Cs-321.bin but have not found any results.

What is the issue, and how can it be resolved?

Is the router an unlocked version or is it locked to a specific network and which country?

It's locked to Fastlink company in Iraq. But I bought it unlocked as used. Someone unlocked it.
