[Please help] How to jailbreak break I-pad mini Gen 1 notebook

How to jailbreak break I-pad mini Gen 1 notebook. I don't have the smallest clue . Can you post a small tutorial .
Goal
1) Jail break root access
2) ensure that I can access appstore and install all latest apps and update as needed perodically without hassle
3) If there is a root detect concept in iOS like Android then hide root from specific apps
4) What other OS' can I install on this puppy .
