M028AT POCKET WIFI BIOS BIN FILE NEEDED

Hello I have a M028AT P-wifi, my p-wifi only showing searching & with other network it says "device lock" and I can't enter the dashboard when i type the username & pw it says "undefined". I extracted my bios bin file using a programmer. If anyone has the bios bin file of this model that is Unlock. Maybe i can program it to my bios. Or anyone here can make or edit the bios and load the version that is shared here. See attached file below.
