I don't know why my laptop cursor is jumping around even when I use external mouse and it's moving/deleting medias and folders and other files on it own

Sometimes it'll just popup "media/folder too big to recycle do you want to delete permanent" and I try to click no but unfortunately I don't know why its yes clicked that made me lost many files and media, please what can I do about it?

The issue can either be the keyboard or mouse.
Did you spill any liquid on it? Or maybe it fell down, either way you should take to an engineer to troubleshoot it for you

Note!
We have a reply schedule for Free Support. Please upgrade to Private Support if you can't wait.

Hello, it's been very many days, but did you manage to fix your laptop? To me it sounds like a virus, malware or any other unwanted software. Anyway I'll just post here so anyone with the same problem can try. The 1st thing to do in such cases is to Boot your computer in safe mode and see if the problem persists. Safe mode always loads only the essential drivers, and this means that many of the problematic softwares will not be loaded. If the problem is not gone even after you have booted in safe mode, Proceed with the next diagnostic steps. If the problem does not go away even after booting in safe mode, please disable the touchpad from device manager and use only the external mouse and see if the problem will persist. If the problem goes away, it means that the touchpad is the culprit, so plan on how to replace your touchpad. If it has not gone away even after disabling the touchpad, Look for and external keyboard, connect it and disable the laptop keyboard also from device manager to help you see if there are keys which are bringing problems on the keyboard. If at this point the problem still persists, it has not gone after disabling the touchpad, it has not gone away after booting in safe mode too, has not gone after disabling the original keyboard that came with your laptop, I'm sorry you have to format the whole computer and reinstall the OS afresh. And if the problem persists even after formatting and reinstalling the OS afresh, My friend Look for a very strong and powerful church and take your laptop for prayers and fasting because high chances are that it has been possessed, infected and infested by very tough, stubborn, malicious, powerful and evil spirits.
