Help needed to unlock an ATT network locked Microsoft Surface Duo.
It is on the Qualcomm SD855 chipset with bootloader unlocked.
It is presently sim locked to USA ATT network, any chance in unlocking this network lock through flashing of modem files?
Firmware can be downloaded and shared.
Both ATT and Microsoft are not much of help.
