i know but not sure how to deal with vbmeta (how to flash, before flashing recovery. did the custom vbmeta flash via fastboor, or the research tool? after that, can i boot to home screen and then how to get into fastboot and flash recovery...???

Cogwheel in the upper right corner,
enable MagidkHide

The bottom menu, Super User, opens the Magisk Hide menu.
To check SafetyNet, install the UniversalSafetyNet module, Me on Android 10 works v1.1.0

but the safetynet test failed at first and magisk has no root hidden functions, can't see magisk hide option. maybe magisk is not designed to hide root with recovery.

What Magisk build do you have installed?
23.0 (23,000) or higher?

Magisk Hide is no longer in new builds.

i'm on 23.0, another problem is junk apps will recover when system run without root (restart phone to lost root) even its folder in priv-app has been deleted. how do i solve it?

Why not you use Uninstaller apps from Play Store? They are free and do their work, helps you to remove all bloatware from your phone

I can't identify these bloatware, it only appear when unroot, disappear when root. No way to uninstall it normally, I need help to find the folder of these bloatware and delete it. <- my bad eng

Android 10 uses dynamic partitions, you can't simply uninstall or delete pre-installed applications (bloatware) system and the product is readonly, you can deactivate them so that they can be completely removed, you would have to unpack super.img where system.img, product is located. img, vendor.img, delete share_blocks and repack.
