[Please help] How can I build a Custom vender for Tecno spark 4 ( KC8) ?

Hello Moderator!, Guys!
I want to change my system partition from Arm32-binder64 to Arm64 so that i can install Arm64 GSI roms but the only I can do that is by creating a custom vendor that will support Arm64 and I don't know how.
please i need your help on this and Guide me on how to make it.
