Hello, guys!
Can anyone help me with some information?
I have a phone with a broken charging port. The 5 pads where the port connector were glued, are peeled from the board.
Unfortunately, I can't just change the bottom piece together with the microusb port, because the motherboard is one of those old types wich form a single piece with the bottom.
I want to connect two jumpers, from two terminals in the microusb port, directly to the board on the opposite side from VCC5V to VBUS, and GND to GND, so that i can charge the battery.
Can something like this be done?
What would be the right connections?
I'm not interested in reparing the pads for data transfer.
