[Please help] IPAD JAILBREAK

I Jailbreaked my iPad using PHOENIX without pc ,
in fact for 2 years now I have had my iPad jail broken .
I began to encounter this problem when I when I mistakenly cleared some files on cydia bcos my app cake app was giving me some problems , all the Cydia apps for download have all cleared .
Then I noticed my cydia contents were cleared .
Then cydia crashed and kept opening and suddenly closing.
So later I unjailbroke the iPad and can't re jailbreak it again .
So I need a solution.

did you try clean install the OS then retry jailbreak?
