[Please help] Infinix Smart X 5010 inbuilt camera not working

Hello
Please I need your help concerning this infinix. Every time I want to use the camera it says "can't connect to the camera.Please make sure to close others apps that may use camera or flashlight"
I flashed a stock rom but it did not correct the issue.I rooted it to use camera restarter and the siblings but to no avail.
What can I do?

How did the camera problem begin?
Have you tried loosen the phone and check the camera connector?
