It just started hanging till It couldn't boot. And, can it be flashed using Transsion aftersale tool? or the tool only supports Tecno, iTel and Infinix only?

Did you take note of the phone’s build no?
transsion tool will not work for your device, if the firmware is in scatter file format then use sp flash tool and da file for your model @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23321.html
