did you try flashing autoloader from a higher version?

Yes i tried but it stucks when reading rom image and can not continou the flashing process...

Attach screenshot let’s take a look.
Also try this autoloader @ [ Login to download] see if it will flash successfully.

Try this @ [ Login to download] if it didn’t work then you should consider running system update from inside the phone.

Thank you this autoloader works apps start to open but only whatsapp messenger instaled from apk others fails to instal
