a quick search on both models will tell what you truly have
G610-T00 uses mt6589
G610-T11 uses mt6582 (and this is what's indicated in your readinfo in miracle tool)
so your device is G610-T11 with maybe the casing or just back sticker of G610-T00

flash the T11 firmware

I have tried to flash both in Miracle box and SP flash tool but am getting errors as seen on the screen shoots attached below.

Thanks for your guide on this error on SP flash tool

"Message: BROM ERROR : S_DL_PMT_ERR_NO_SPACE (5069)

Meaning: The size of a file is larger than the available / possible partition size

Solution:

Ensure that the file(s) you're trying to flash are actually for your exact phone model
Try another stock ROM
Change the phone's emmc chip"

Now my questions are,

1.Where can i download the other firmware apart from the one you provided?
2.How do i change the phone's emmc chip?
3.What does "write error code:0000" means in miracle box?

1. search online if you'll find any other firmwares or backup from a device same model as yours
2. you need to take your device to a phone hardware repairs technician
3. only miracle box support team can really tell what error codes on their tool means

PS if you have cm2 dongle, then perform an emmc test on the device using the mtk module, this will easily tell you if your emmc chip is faulty or if you just need a different firmware
