Please how can I fix my iPhone 7plus that shows ‘Device Unknown’ when trying to reset it. Please help a bro out. Attached is the pic of the phone

have you tried using a different sim card(s)? also check that you inserted the sim card correctly

I tried resetting my iPhone 7 plus and this is where it got stuck. Please how can I get past this problem? I have been using the phone for over a year without issues, I tried changing the casing and that is where this problem started. The IMEI is clean and it is not blacklisted in any way.

Please Help!!

Try downloading and flash the .ipsw firmware. Download the firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-17572.html and flash the firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-17574.html
