did you try installing that addon manually? ie beautifulsoup addon
download it @ https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sileva...-3.2.1.zip

Open Kodi > Add-ons > Package Installer Icon at the top left hand corner > Install from zip file > select the zip you downloaded from the link above and install
