Good morning, i was charging my camon cx air phone yesterday but something miserably happened. After putting off the generator, i tried to switched on my phone but it didn't work. i have been wondering as to what the problem might be because i used it like 30 minutes before plugging it but just to find out that it is not charging neither on again. All my attempts to power the phone proves abortive. Please, is there anyway i can make my phone switched on again?

you should consider loosening the phone to disconnect/reconnect the phone's battery then power on or plug the charger to charge for a few hours.
But before doing that try long pressing the power key for like 1min then release and try powering up the phone or plug to the charger.
Do give us the feedback after trying it.
