Try deleting the driver’s installation folder in program files in c: drive then re-install the software driver as an administrator.

start menu > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features on or off
Internet information service > web management tools > tick all checkbox (about 4) under IIS 6 Management Compatibility
click OK
then restart the PC and retry installing

Have you tried installing this particular driver on a different pc and it worked?

i'm lost, did you turn on IIS 6 before retrying the installation (check my previous post) or you just restarted the PC and installation?

the 4th box is still unchecked
if this doesn't work, then you might need to use a 64bit windows
