Hello team hovatec,i have Itel A14tz locked to Vodacom - Tanzania. The unlock counter is 0. I tried upgrading by other non vodacom locked firmware,but it still locked permanently.How do i unlock it?

which firmware did you flash? what is the build number?
have you tried direct unlock with any spd tool? e.g furious gold or nck box spd module
