I have encountered an error code 12:get devices information failed.
when I was updating my mifi using update wizard e5573s-856
How can I FIX that error please guys I need your help

check and ensure that drivers are properly installed

device should be detected in device manager as two different FC - ***** ports after flashing in balong tool
