help fix itel it2090-G1806A

hello, i have an itel feature phone it2090-G1806A, i have been following on how to remove password using tools by hovatek and in most cases i have been sucessful, but this specific one gives me an error of "cali in phone is not calibrated,reserved:id=0*2 when i use upgrade download tool all versions, what can i do?
